WOW… I just finished this month of strength classes (making them on weekends) and I can see how different it is when I started to this last class.
Of course it is still challenging, but my body feels so much more familiarized with the movements and the pace of the classes. Next week trying to go to Level III and already crying just to think about it.
But thank you again, Dylan!!
For me it was a great way to complement my trainings after MIA classes!!

all clases are great! and i think it is a huge jump from the level 1…. as for me it look like a 3 level.

Just the wrists. If you want to warm, you can, but it’s not necessary.
If this is level 1, I can’t imagine level 3 :)) great class though!
