Added the lolasana lift with right top foot planted, left heel squeezing to butt at the end since it was missing. Great & sweaty-breathy class

Cooked 🥵….. 1 round of Lolasana lifts on the other side were missing from this workout. Great workout tho. I thought I was progressing well until I attempted these lol

This one felt like a nice lil’ “break” compared to the other ones! Got the body warmed up and the breath moving. I needed this today when I almost skipped, cheers.

i did the level two true strength challenge back in the beginning of covid, and felt amazing finishing it (took longer than 90 days haha). now life has come back to busy and distracted and im so glad im here again. day 1 was hard though. a long journey ahead <3
Very nice strength workout ❤️ Just started this program ✊ but may be in the end would be nice to do smth for compensation.. like reverse plank or chest muscles stretching..
