These classes aren’t getting any easier but I am already feeling much stronger! Lolasana does not look like yours but feeling a lot more lift!

Making my 2nd round (or third, if I count the Level II) and I was really impressive today that it was so much easier to enter on two point play from bird dog. Still struggling a little bit with my broken leg, but it improved SO much!!

I can see how a broken leg might make it a bit more challenging!

My right leg is so weaker than the left (I already broke it) and it was a fight (literally) to enter in two point plank from bird dog. 😮💨😵

My second round of this series now, couldn’t get off the ground without using my hands when doing crunch to sissy and crescent pistol the last time. Managed to do it just for half the reps this time round…progress!

This 2nd round I’m really trying to don’t make any break, but this one takes me out of breath after 01 minute on 02 pointed plank. Still, so much better than my first time!!

Funny, i don’t struggle with the 2 pointed plank too much, but the warrior 3 move (knee to head) absolutely kills me, the standing leg shaking and all. I never train legs and this shows – but hopefully that’ll change with this program. To each their own 🙂 let’s keep pushing!

This class focuses on strengthening deep stabilizing muscles, such as the TVA. These long holds are challenging and work a different type of strength that is often overlooked but essential for advanced movements.

Just finished my 2nd round (this time doing the classes only on weekends, because time) and I felt that I was able to maintain the strength that I was building since my first time with this series. It feels so satisfying to finish another round!!

Wow… finishing this month and when I started it I was thinking that I would not be able to make all of the Level III classes (because some of the Level II was already really intense), and I’m really glad and surprised that I did it!!

Love this classes. Would be nice if you add hspu, slow pistol squats, crow to handstand and so on. Thank you!
One of my favourite classes of the series, the exercises in each set vary just enough to make it interesting.
Enjoyed this, easier the second time around, but the cactus plank still kills!
Starting Level III today after last month on Level II and HOLLY MOLLY.
