Who is eligible for a refund?
You are eligible for a refund if:

You purchased an annual membership and submit your refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase, or

You purchased a monthly membership and submit your refund request within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Please note that switching your membership to a different plan will make you ineligible for a refund. Once a plan change is processed, the membership is considered active and cannot be refunded.
