Does canceling my membership automatically issue a refund?
No. Canceling your membership only stops future renewals. You will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are not issued automatically. To request a refund, you must contact us directly within 7 days of purchase for monthly memberships or within 30 days of purchase for annual memberships.
