What’s up with the class names?

Class names have a method to their madness! The first part of the class title is randomly assigned to group classes with similar themes. For instance, in MIA classes, you’ll find classes with matching first parts, signifying they belong to the same “family” or “theme” and share a common movement modality. The second part of the title, whether it’s “genesis,” “nexus,” or “apex,” indicates the class level. Genesis is for level 1, Nexus is for level 2, and Apex is for level 3. The intention is to provide a personalized experience so that you can choose the intensity that suits you best or work your way up the levels as you build strength and skill.
