How challenging are your classes?
Our classes cater to a wide spectrum of practitioners, ranging from Level 1, ideal for those new to yoga, to Level 3, which can present a stimulating experience even for advanced students. The class difficulty is designed to follow a progressive path, particularly in the case of MIA and Skill classes. This means that a Level 1 class is crafted to support your growth, ultimately leading you to Level 2 and beyond. At our platform, we don’t offer beginner-level classes; our focus is on students who seek a more demanding practice. For some classes, we specify them as “all levels” and aim to make them valuable for practitioners of all fitness and skill levels. You’ll find “all levels” classes predominantly in the MIS and Breath categories.
