my ribs flare out a lot during the tuck ins. How to correct that?

Dyland my bro, I need something to release tension on the neck after these exercises. Can you add a 2 min cooldown or smth? I just do it, but would make these series feel more wholesome

Ive been doing MIA classe for one year already, but it has not really helped my handstand. I really loved this focused session and I am very excited to see where it will take me. I really want to be able to handstand.
